OUR PROCESS
Choosing your wedding videographer is an important and hard decision- I don’t take that trust lightly! Our relationship should be built on trust and communication. I take on a limited number of weddings so that I can devote myself to my couples and you don’t become just another number- but a member of the Woodell Productions family!
STEP TWO:
Set up a call :)
After receiving your inquiry, I’ll reach out and we’ll figure out the best time to connect!
STEP THREE:
Contract & Deposit
After we figure out the best package for you, I’ll send your contract! Once that is signed, there is a 25% deposit, then your date is booked!
STEP FOUR:
Celebrate!
Your date is on my books and you can get excited! If you’re within 3 hours of Atlanta, GA we will plan a story session with you and your partner :)
STEP FIVE:
Planning Call
One month from your wedding date, I’ll reach out to set up our final planning call- we will go over your timeline, figure out when I will show up and talk about the vision for your film!
STEP SIX:
Get Hitched!
The best part is when you get to walk down the aisle! I’ll be capturing every moment along the way and interviewing all your nearest and dearest :)
STEP SEVEN:
Delivery :)
After your wedding day I will get to work on making your movie come to life! Roughly 3-4 months after your wedding day, you will receive all the goodies in a well curated gallery to share with friends and family - and then you will receive a box in the mail afterwards with a USB drive (just in case Y2K happens) and goodies for you and your beau!
